1. waking up at 05:05 am
2. making a smoothy
3. reading a book or revising some stuff for work or sometimes a bit of meditation
4. listening to the 06:00 a clock news and weather report on the radio
5. getting ready for the day
6. leaving for work at about 06:20 am
Bonus: buying a soy capuccino (own reusable coffee cup) for the s-bahn ride
